BioThis is the journal of a fat girl trying to lose weight, ultimately aiming to be a (British) size 12. I don't want to be a stick insect I'd rather be healthy and curvy. I want to feel good about myself. I want to wear clothes I see other people wearing but can't fit into. I'm fed up being like this.
By starting this journal I want to document my progress and monitor my habits to see what I'm achieving, and to see where I could do better. I might post regular photos, we'll see.
